Ayeza Khan on Sunday crossed 10 million followers and became the most followed Pakistani celebrity on Instagram. Meray Pass Tum Ho star, who jetted off to Turkey with her family recently, reached the 10 million milestone on Sunday afternoon.

Ayeza is currently following 391 people, most of whom are close friends and family with 3,889 posts. Aiman’s sister Minal Khan, who tied the knot to Ahsan Mohsin Ikram on Friday, is followed by 7.8 million followers.

She also updated her Instagram profile a day after her wedding. Mahira Khan and Sajal Aly are also among the top five most followed celebrities with 7.9 and 7.2 million followers respectively.

Mahira Khan is shedding light on her new approach of selecting projects. Speaking in a virtual interview on Positive Solace, Mahira touched on ‘mindful’ selection of projects and characters in the future.

“As I am evolving as an actor what happened to me is that I really started to live the character that I am playing. I never used to do that fully. I used to be very scared of that. Now I have started feeling like I don’t have anything to lose. So I am doing that and that has affected me. And that’s why I am going to be a little bit mindful of what’s I am going to take on next. I have sort of decided a few things next time I will pick up a role.”

Mahira also went on to correct all those who believe her to be working with certain filmmakers and production houses.

“I hope people are watching this, a lot of people think that I work with certain people, with big directors and with a big this and a big that. I have actually enjoyed prince charming so much and Aik Hai Nigar so much that now I am looking for a story that speaks to me. I am just looking for a director who just breaks me down and makes me into something else,” Mahira confessed.

Pakistan TV star Minal Khan, who tied the knot to Ahsan Mohsin Ikram on Friday, has updated her Instagram profile a day after her wedding. The Parchayee actress has changed her name to Minal Ahsan from Minal Khan on Instagram.

Minal, who is an avid social media user with 7.7 million followers, also turned to Instagram and shared a loved-up photo from her wedding ceremony that took place on September 10, 2021.

Sharing the stunning picture with the husband, Minal Ahsan wrote, “Now you’re officially mine forever! Mr & Mrs Ahsan Ikram.”

Fans and fellow showbiz stars showered love on Minal and Ahsan after she posted the sweet photo. They also congratulated the newlyweds and wished them a happy married life.

Ahsan Mohsin Ikram also took to the Facebook-owned app and delighted his fans with adorable photos from their wedding.

The engaged couple will tie the knot on September 10. The couple had taken to Instagram on August 28 to share a picture of their wedding invite with fans and followers, much like they shared their engagement invites back in June.

Pakistani TikTok star Hareem Shah has posted video on her Instagram from hospital bed in Turkey. Reportedly, after her alleged marriage, Hareem Shah is on her honeymoon and has been updating her admirers with dazzling views of Turkey. Her dance video also went viral from Turkey.

Taking to Instagram account, she uploaded video, in which, the TikTok star can be seen laying on the bed while a doctor was treating her and the doctor was applying an injection to her.

The TikToker did not give any caption to the video and also limited the public comments. She sent the internet especially her fans into a commotion worrying about her health. However, the fans are speculating about Hareem Shah’s post.

 

Actor and singer Fiza Ali was hospitalised Sunday afternoon after she suffered injuries during the shoot of a music video in Punjab’s Kasur.

Fiza had climbed a mound of mud for a shot when she lost balance and fell. She was immediately rushed to a private hospital.

According to the doctors, the actor has sustained minor injuries and is under treatment.

Fiza’s recent music video, released on Independence Day, received praise on YouTube. It featured Kasim Ali, Mazhar Rahi, Sher Mian Dad and Nimra Mehra.

The much-awaited Turkish historical drama serial Barbaroslar, starring Engin Altan Duzyatan aka Ertugrul, will premiere on Thursday September 16, 2021.

This was unveiled by actor Engin Altan, who is best known for his role as Ertugrul, on social media. Engin, who essays titular role in historical drama serial Dirilis: Ertugrul, turned to Instagram and shared latest trailer of his upcoming drama to announce the release date.

He shared the release date in the caption in Turkish which reads: “From Thursday, 16.09.2021 at 20:00 @trt1.”

The endearing post has garnered thousands of hearts within no time. In the series, Engin will portray the titular role of Hayreddin Barbarossa, an Ottoman corsair and later admiral of the Ottoman Navy at the time of Suleiman the Magnificent.

A day after politician Sharmila Faruqui schooled Iqra Aziz for lauding her husband Yasir Hussain over changing their newborn son Kabir Hussain’s clothes, the actor responded to her saying, “Equality dono taraf ki honi chahiye”.

The Khuda Aur Mohabbat 3 actor took to Instagram and shared a story to humbly respond to Sharmila Faruqui’s comments.

She said, “For you, it might not be a big thing, but in a world full of men who don’t always appreciate their wives for doing what they do as a mother for their child (jo dono ka hai). My husband does!! and if he supports, helps and appreciate, tou main kuyn nahi!?”

Iqra further said, “P.S women want men to help them aur phir karein tou boldo nothing to be proud of. Equality dono taraf ki honi chahiye.”

On Saturday, Sharmila Faruqui called out Iqra Aziz’s latest photo featuring husband Yasir Hussain changing their newborn son Kabir Hussain’s clothes.

The politician said, “I’m so glad your husband is hands-on but it’s nothing to be proud of or anything special. All good, involved fathers do this for their kids.”

Sharmila further added, “My husband bathes and feeds son, changes his diapers and takes him to school when I’m unwell or at work. And he loves it.”

Emerging Actor Sardar Mohammad Usman tied the knot in a simple and ceremony. He shared the picture of his nikkah on Instagram.
