Lahore (Muhammad Yasir) PUBG MOBILE today reveals a new era announcement, including the highly anticipated 1.0 version with huge updates, and the world’s biggest global mobile esports event, the PUBG MOBILE Global Championship (PMGC). Following nearly three years’ success as one of the most popular mobile games in the world, PUBG MOBILE will launch 1.0 version on September 8th with new tech, new UX, new gameplay features and more to deliver the most realistic tactical tournament experience on mobile. PMGC Season Zero will begin in late November and invites pro teams from all regions including Americas, Europe, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Middle East, China, to compete for the highest prize pool of $2M USD in PUBG MOBILE esports history, and to be crowned the inaugural PUBG MOBILEGlobal Champions. Going into more details than ever before on what fans can expect from the 1.0 launch, new technologies in version 1.0 have been adopted to fully upgrade the quality of the game.  Improvements have been made to players’ characters, including Main Lobby lights and environments, as well its iconic environments. Particles, smoke, air blasts, muzzle flashes, and the addition of scope interaction make every shot more realistic. Parachuting, sprinting, throwing and other key actions have also been optimized for the most captivating battle royale experience. Upgrades to lighting systems and texture quality bring the vegetation, sky, and water to life. Models and texture quality are also improved to provide a more realistic feel and high-quality experience.

To bring players a more concise and intuitive control experience, PUBG MOBILE’s user interface and interactive experiences have also been completely overhauled, with interactions, visuals, motions and sound effects quality improved. The interface is tweaked to make it easy on the eyes, while adding some visual technology elements. The color tones of Dawn Cyan, smoke grey, hope white and victory yellow were chosen to convey to players the design concepts of the morning dawn, of rebirth after failure, and of the glory after a breakthrough eureka moment.

To make it easier for players to find what they want, giving them more refined and upgraded controls, the innovative multi-screen switching mode exclusively for PUBG MOBILE will be launched. The existing functions will be more organized in display. Games, community, and purchases have been separated into 3 different spaces, enabling quick and easy access for players, and creating a simple and clean interface, helping players quickly locate their required functions. Season Zero of PMGC will begin in late November and top pro teams from all regions including Americas, Europe, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Middle East, China, will face off in an epic battle to crown the Global Champions and take home the lion’s share of $2M. Due to the global pandemic, an onsite audience may not be possible for PMGC Season Zero, but if it is safe to do so, the League will begin in late November, taking place across multiple studios.

This year PUBG MOBILE completed the structure for its global year-long esports program. The program now supports players of all levels from amateur to semi-pro and pro across multiple countries and regions ensuring a clear path to become esports stardom. At the base for every player such as National and Campus championships and various 3rd party events held in many countries, there will be more coming in more countries. For semi-pro players, the PUBG MOBILE Club Open (PMCO) features this year 16 regions with over 150 countries. The total combined registrations from Spring and Fall reached over 120k, more and more players joined to enjoy the excitement of PUBG MOBILE esports competitions.

  • Each day, 3 questions are to be answered, every correct answer will reward players with 1 PUBG MOBILE Flip
  • Once you collect Flips, players must go to the homepage and click on the active location to play Flip, Match and Win memory game using the PUBG MOBILE Flip
  • Players can tap on any card to flip it and reveal the reward hidden behind it.

 PUBG MOBILE REVEALS ANCIENT SECRET SPECIAL MODE | NUT

PUBG MOBILE REVEALS ANCIENT SECRET SPECIAL MODE AND NEW ARENA GAME PLAY IN THE FIRST EVER INDOOR LIBRARY MAP

NUT Desk on Aug. 5, 2020 – PUBG MOBILE unveils a new Ancient Secret Mode, players can see all-new in-game events and exclusive rewards. Likewise, fresh content arrives in the form of the new Arena game play, Team Game weapon and Library map in the hit Arena playlist. Players can go through the new mode and updates starting from today in PUBG MOBILE.

Anicent Secret Special Mode

The new Ancient Secret themed game play can be selected from the main menu via the Mode Selection screen. Players who activate the new mode can observe and explore an ominous “Ancient Secret” building rising on Miramar and Erangel. This massive two-story structure begins each game at ground-level, but then begins to float and follow the play circle.

In addition to the ancient structure, players can experience the following features through the new game mode:

  • New Boss Battle – A secretive boss awaits in a sealed room on the second floor of the structure, hiding rich rewards for players that defeat it in combat
  • Small Ruins Environment – Players can traverse small ruins that spawn randomly throughout the map, concealing crates and puzzles
  • Slate puzzle – Players can now test their merit with a new interactive Ancient Slate puzzle.

To immerse players in the new environment, the cool and stylish Golden Pharaoh X-Suit Outfit set is also available to unlock, alongside additional Warrior of Ra, Warrior of Nut, Underworld Guide, and Mummy costumes. For the first time ever, outfits can be upgraded up to six levels to access additional benefits, including:

  • Outfit appearance upgrade
  • Exclusive entry emotes
  • Outfit-exclusive lobby emotes
  • Teammate interaction emotes and item sharing
  • Spawn Island and kill announcement special effects

Each outfit set includes a unique and exclusive Treasure Create that players can unlock for additional rewards, including Pharaoh Coins to exchange for other outfits, materials to upgrade Golden Pharaoh X-Suit and more. Players can also make lucky draws by using UC or Silver Fragments.

New Arena Game play

The all-new Team Gun Game offers four vs. four game play with Arena mode starting weapons. As players defeat opponents, their weapons are gradually upgraded. The first team to use the final weapon, the notorious pan, claims the Chicken Dinner. Team Gun Game is available to play every weekend, from Friday to Sunday.

Players can also enjoy Team Gun Game on the all-new Library map. As the first-ever indoor map in PUBG MOBILE, Library boasts a symmetrical layout with three assault routes: left, right and center. Unique positions on platforms, in doorways or behind bookshelves offer competitors advantages for strategic positioning, and provides players with weaker weapons a fighting chance.

In addition to the new Team Gun Game mode and Library map, today’s content update delivers several additional features, including:

  • New Arena Attachment – The Barrel Extender muzzle attachment can now be added to most Sniper Rifles, Rifles and Sub-machine Guns. It increases the firearm’s effective range and minimizes damage reduction due to distance
  • Arena Firearm Damage Reduction Adjustment – Firearm damage is now based upon operational distance per weapon class, which are ordered as Shotgun, Sub-machine Gun, Rifle, Sniper Rifle from near to far, respectively.
